The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti GPU updated the 12 GB (192-bit) memory interface with a 16 GB (256-bit) interface using 21 Gbps GDDR6X modules. Under some settings, They overclocked these RAM modules to 24–25 Gbps.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER GPU’s memory was tested by the TecLab and Paulo Gomes teams. The 26 GBPs overclock was created from GALAX, who is also the leader of the TecLab channel, and his group.

The Paulo Gomes team utilised the Manli GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER graphics card in the competition, whereas the TecLab team employed the GALAX GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER graphics card. About their memory modules, these two cards were switched out. As previously indicated, the card comes with 21 Gbps Micron dies by default. However, it was determined that 24 Gbps dies (161-0480-900) needed to be installed in place of the 21 Gbps dies in order to achieve the highest possible overcurrent capacity.

It should be noted that this kind of memory module changing is not something that everyone can perform at home. Both the GPU and the memory dies were overclocked throughout the OC session, and the outcomes will speak for themselves. The TecLab (GALAX) team pushed the GALAX GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER GPU even further with a +271 MHz GPU & a +2850 MHz memory clock, which resulted in a score of 9133 points. The Paulo Gomes team increased the GPU clock to +200 MHz and the memory clock to +2000 MHz, which produced an 8870 point score. That puts you ahead of Paulo Gomes’ GPU score in The Unigine Superposition benchmark by 2%.
