With the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event next month, details about the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 have been leaking, providing insight into their specifications. While the information may not be groundbreaking, it does add to our knowledge about these devices.
According to SnoopyTech, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 will feature a 6.7-inch primary LTPO OLED display with FHD+ resolution. It will also have a 3.4-inch cover screen with a resolution of 748×720 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The external display will offer full functionality, including camera access, music controls, and Google apps. The phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy, paired with 8GB of RAM and a choice of 128GB or 256GB of storage.
The Galaxy Z Flip 5 is rumored to have a dual-camera setup on the back, consisting of a 12-megapixel + 12-megapixel configuration, and a 10-megapixel front-facing camera. It will come with a 3,700mAh battery, 25W fast charging, wireless charging, and standard connectivity options. The phone will be available in Cream, Graphite, Lavender, and Mint color options. When folded, it measures 7.19 x 8.51 x 1.51 cm.
