Exclusive: Samsung Galaxy M44 5G Pre-Launch Scoop

Samsung Galaxy M44 5G specs

Since 2021’s M42, when it was first introduced with the M42 model, the Samsung Galaxy M4x product line has not received an update of any kind. On the other hand, given that manufacturing of the Galaxy M44 has already begun, it would suggest that the series will not skip another generation in the near future.

The Galaxy M44 is presently planned to become a new option that Samsung offers in the market for mid-range Android smartphones in 2024, or maybe even towards the end of 2023. This is according to Samsung’s current timeline.

A new piece of information has not only confirmed the item in issue’s model number and the Bluetooth specs it contains, but it has also disclosed that the item in question is a 5G device. Taking into consideration only the latter, it would appear that whenever it is introduced, it will be a new smartphone Galaxy M44 that is adequate for its price point.

The piece of hardware was found in the database that is managed by the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (Bluetooth SIG), where it is listed with the same model number that was allegedly disclosed to Geekbench. In addition, the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) has absolutely confirmed that the device in question is outfitted with a chipset that is capable of 5G communications and also supports the communication protocol known as Bluetooth 5.2, which is becoming more out of date. This choice of chipset is fairly unique.

The M42, Samsung’s first smartphone equipped with 5G technology and part of the Galaxy M44 series, is now available to the general market. The fact that the previously launched A42 has been repackaged for the European market and utilized as the foundation for this product shouldn’t come as much of a surprise to anyone. The Snapdragon 750G central processing unit (CPU) is still in charge of the device’s state-of-the-art connectivity functions. This is due to the fact that the specs of its most recent version have not been altered in any way.

In addition to the HD+ screen, which was previously somewhat poor, it maintains the 48+5+2+2 megapixel rear cameras that it had previously. In spite of this, Samsung places a significant amount of emphasis on the AMOLED display and 6.6-inch dimensions of the A/M42 as selling factors. In addition, the company highlights the distinctive banded back panel of the device.

On the other hand, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) does sell the Galaxy M42 in its 8GB RAM flavor, even if the A42 form comes in either 4 or 6GB RAM varieties depending on the model. With a price of INR 19,999 (about $268) being published, this positions it closer to the center of the pricing range; however, this may be subject to change in the future.

As a consequence of this, there is a possibility that the Galaxy M44 will have a price point that is reasonable when it is ultimately introduced. The smartphone has not been seen in render form (or, strangely enough, to materialize a Galaxy A- or F-series comparable), but there is a considerable possibility that it will upgrade to Samsung’s most current triple camera ring design language. This design language was introduced in the Galaxy A8 and Galaxy F8.
