Giga Computing, a subsidiary of GIGABYTE, has announced the launch of a new compact mini-PC for their BRIXs lineup. This mini-PC is designed for mainstream users and features the latest AMD Ryzen™ 7030 series processors. Despite its small size, it offers powerful computing capabilities suitable for various IoT deployments such as office use, education, home use, digital signage, medical care, and KIOSK.
The newly designed BRIXs mini-PCs boast a sleek and minimalist chassis, incorporating curved and soft lines that give it an unobtrusive appearance. The lightweight design is achieved through clever assembly and layered construction, along with oblique angles around the base, creating a sense of simplicity and elegance.
The highlight of the new BRIXs mini-PCs is the integration of the AMD Ryzen 7030U series processors, which leverage the AMD Zen3 architecture and TSMC 7nm process. These advanced processors offer improved performance and efficiency compared to previous generations, enabling users to multitask efficiently while enjoying entertainment. The processors feature efficiency cores for better multi-tasking and smart power management, resulting in extended battery life.

The mini-PCs can be configured with different processor options, ranging from the AMD Ryzen™ R3 7330U with up to 4 cores and a turbo frequency of 4.3GHz to the AMD Ryzen™ R7 7730U with up to 8 cores and a turbo frequency of 4.5 GHz. Compared to the previous generation with 10th gen Intel mobile processors, the new BRIXs mini-PCs offer up to 70% faster single-threaded performance and 140% better multi-threaded performance.
The latest BRIXs mini-PCs incorporate all the latest technologies desired by users. They feature AMD Radeon™ Graphics with support for HDMI 2.0b and Mini DP 1.4 display outputs, allowing for excellent 4K performance across multiple monitors. The mini-PCs also offer USB Type-C™ connectors with speeds of 5 Gb/s, support for M.2 SSDs, and 2.5″ HDD/SSD storage options.
