When combined with DLSS Super Resolution and DLSS Ray Reconstruction, DLSS Multi Frame Generation increases frame rates on GeForce RTX 50 Series graphics cards by an average of 4X when compared to conventional brute-force rendering.
By generating up to three extra frames per traditionally rendered frame, GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs can overcome the 110 FPS CPU bottleneck in Hogwarts Legacy. This allows GeForce RTX 50 Series gamers to play Hogwarts Legacy with ray tracing and maxed out settings at up to 210 FPS, rather than 110 FPS, due to DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation.
The update to the new transformer-based AI model improves DLSS Super Resolution and DLAA in tandem with the addition of DLSS Multi Frame Generation. This increases detail while the player or camera is moving and decreases ghosting on fine details and moving game objects.
