ASUS’s Acquisition of Intel’s NUC Division

ASUS Takes Over Intel’s NUC Division, Next-Gen Mini PCs Coming Soon

ASUS has now officially assumed control of the NUC Division of Intel, which is responsible for the development of next-generation mini computers.

As a demonstration that it has efficiently taken care of Intel’s NUC business, Coming Soon ASUS has released NUC devices that are based on Intel’s 10th through 13th Generation CPUs.

ASUS Has Taken Over Responsibility for Intel’s NUC Products and Has Promised to Take the Platform to the Next Level

With this action, ASUS is only according to the process that has been established; they want to make it very obvious to their consumers that the NUC division is now under their control so that they may assume responsibility for it.

The ASUS products, all of which include the identical NUC 13 units that are also available from Intel’s NUC range, are shown on the homepage of the company’s website under “NUC Overview.” Due to the fact that Intel has officially discontinued the goods, users who are interested in obtaining devices such as the NUC 13 Extreme, for example, will now be needed to acquire the product through ASUS. This is the case since ASUS is the only vendor still selling the products.

For the benefit of those who are unaware, Intel released a statement on July 18 stating that the company would not invest any extra money in its NUC business, claiming a “restructuring policy” as the reason for this decision. However, ASUS, the company that took over responsibility for the NUC lineup after it was handed over by Team Blue, made a vow to take “special care” of it when they took over duty for it.

Therefore, the NUC series was not abandoned by Team Blue. The current NUC goods have not undergone any modifications other from the branding; yet, one should expect huge things in the near future from these products. The only change that has been done is the branding.

It should not come as a surprise that ASUS was picked to make NUC devices since the firm has a reputation for manufacturing some of the highest-quality Mini-PCs currently on the market with their PN, PB, and PL line of products. Given this reputation, it is not surprising that ASUS was chosen to produce NUC devices.

On the other hand, ASUS plans to advance the NUC portfolio by one step beyond what it has done in the past. This is especially true in light of the fact that it was only recently disclosed that the company aims to combine the NUC line with its “ROG products.” In conjunction with the introduction of the ROG G22CH, a sneak peek of this integration was made available.

In addition, ASUS has disclosed that it aims to employ the next-generation Meteor Lake CPUs for its NUC models, which will push the platform to new heights. This will bring the platform to new heights. It is predicted that the systems will come pre-fitted with a hybrid cooling mechanism, which will mix air and liquid cooling in order to achieve maximum performance while preserving great thermals.

This is one of the reasons why the hybrid cooling mechanism is anticipated to be included. Due to the fact that the ROG lineup is widely regarded as being among the finest available on the market, ASUS is aiming to become the market leader in the Mini-PC category with the launch of its NUC line of products. This is an objective that is sure to be achieved since the ROG lineup is widely regarded as being among the finest available on the market.

We do not have any information on the release date of the next-generation NUCs; nevertheless, a showcase should be anticipated to take place in close proximity to Intel’s Innovation 2023, which will involve the launch of Meteor Lake.
